Shipping policy

Skin Discovery is committed to making it easy for you to order and receive your products as fast as possible, no matter where you live. We service clients across Canada and the United States and take international orders upon request.

You may qualify for free shipping if your order is:

• Canada: Over $120
• United States: Over $200

Otherwise, you will need to pay shipping for your order, depending on your location.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: This refers to the time it takes to verify, personalize, quality check and package your order. All orders are sent out for shipment no longer than 3 business days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our office to your destination. Canadian orders arrive within 4-8 business days (typically sooner), US orders are shipped within 7-14 days. International orders vary and can be confirmed upon request.

Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us directly.

These are estimated time frames that are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed. Please note that shipping can take longer from time to time.  

Please note that Skin Discovery is not responsible for additional duties that may incur for orders outside of Canada.
