Refund policy

At Skin Discovery, our goal is to help you find skin care that works for you. However, we are not Sephora or Amazon. We take pride in being an independent business offering superior products and professional recommendations. 

In order to best serve you, we offer a holistic Skin Analysis service so that our products can be recommended to you based on what is best for you and your skin. You are welcome to purchase samples or travel sizes before committing to purchasing he full size, if available. 

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for damaged and defective goods only and must be received by Skin Discovery within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have elapsed since receipt of your order, we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES

Items are only eligible for exchange if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at christine@skindiscoveryspa.com

You will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanged items, shipping fees will be reimbursed to you on your original method of payment within 10 business days. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
