After cleansing, dampen your skin with tepid water. Shake a small amount into wet, clean palms and activate by rubbing hands together to form light suds. Gently massage into skin, avoiding eyelids, and rinse thoroughly with tepid water. You can use this exfoliating cleanser on your face and body alone, or added to your favourite cleanser for added exfoliation. For oily skin, use up to 6 nights per week. For combination skin, use every other night. If your skin is dry or sensitive, mix with your cleanser one or two nights per week maximum.

To treat blackheads and congestion, use this polishing powder as an at-home microdermabrasion treatment before hopping in the shower. The steam from the shower will soften and open your pores, allowing you to extract blackheads more easily once you’re out.
