As the last step in your skin care routine, apply a pea sized amount of cream to the center of your fingertips. Using the length of your fingers (not the palms of your hands), press the moisturizer on your forehead, cheeks and chin. Then, glide the product from the center to the extremities of your face, starting on your forehead, working down to your nose and cheeks and finishing on your chin, jawline and neck in light, upward sweeping motions.
Apply this cream to damp skin for optimal results.
If you have inflammation like acne and struggle to find a hydrating cream that is also soothing- look no further! This is an excellent cream for barrier compromised skin and I live in Alberta where it’s incredibly dry. It’s the perfect weight too, moisturizing enough but not super light weight or mattifying, like most acne focused creams. I find it transformative too and great post-acne if you struggle to find a moisturizer.

My favourite moisturizer
This is by far my favourite moisturizer. I have rosacea that is prone to getting congested and this cream has drastically helped bring my redness and inflammation down without breaking me out. I have seen the biggest difference in my skin with this product over other moisturizers I’ve tried in the past. With it being winter now and my skin more dry, I’ve had to update my routine to a heavier moisturizer, but will be bringing this one back asap, once temps go up again in the spring!
