Use your dry brush prior to a shower. Start at your feet, and gently brush your skin in long strokes towards your heart. Once finished your legs and torso, move to your hands and arms towards your heart. Avoid your face and brush down your neck and decollete, down the back of your neck and upper back. Hop in the shower using warm, never hot water.

Finish your shower ritual with your favourite body lotion or oil on slightly damp skin.
