After cleansing, spritz 3-7 sprays onto skin. You can also spritz onto the palm of your hand and pat the product into your skin. As a setting spray, spritz 1-3 sprays onto skin after makeup application. As a “reset” to enhance the blue light blocking, digital and environmental pollution effects, spritz 1-3 sprays onto skin periodically throughout the day.
